Keeping the Community Informed

Inside Spelman” is designed to keep College stakeholders — alumnae, faculty, staff, students, parents, and friends, up-to-date about news, upcoming events, and issues in the life of the institution. Originally established in 1993 as a printed newsletter, “Inside Spelman” evolved into digital version in October 2009 and remained a valuable source of information for seven years. On March 8, 2023, in celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, the College relaunched the publication as an interactive digital and downloadable publication.

Inside Spelman Editions

To enlarge and maximize the readability of “Inside Spelman,” follow these steps:

1. Locate the control buttons at the bottom of the publication.
2. Use the "+" button to zoom in and enlarge the text and images.
3. Use the "-" button to zoom out and reduce the text and images.
4. Use the "Full Screen" button to maximize the publication for better readability.
5. To exit full screen mode, press the "Esc" button on your keyboard or click the "Full Screen" button again.
