Data Request

Institutional Research has several resources available that provide commonly requested data. If you need data beyond what is available in existing resources, please submit your request using the form below. The completion time for data requests varies based on the data requested. Most requests are completed within 10 business days. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for completion.

Please be sure to upload any relevant documentation that is necessary to complete your request and click the Submit button when you are finished.

Questions to Consider

1. Did I specify the population being requested (e.g., specific majors, total student population, faculty, staff, etc.)?
2. Have I specified the semester(s) or year(s) being requested?
3. Do I need a total count (summary) or an individual list of variables?
4. If I am requesting a list of students or graduates, what variables do I need (e.g., student ID numbers, gender, race, age, residency, major, classification, etc.)?
5. Do I need to attach any files to help clarify the data I am requesting?
